A little background on me...
I am Nicole, an artist and creator living in southeast Wisconsin.
Fringes house is the name for my my brand collective.

my current focus has been working with mixed media & various fiber arts. I also love photography and the process of editing my photos to create new interesting pieces of art.
I find that I am most inspired by learning something new, and trying new techniques. The endless possibilities to mix and interchange techniques and materials gives me the ability to create truly unique and dynamic artwork through a variety of mediums.

Over the last few years I have been working and creating daily as an artist. I live with my family who are my absolute favorite people in the world. my husband ryan, and I have been married 11 years. We have a wonderful 14 year old daughter that i can not brag enough about. They are my biggest supporters and are always encouraging me.
I am a pretty lucky lady.
Fringes House
Fringes House is the name of my brand collective. I created this about 3 years ago to label the variety of art and products I create. I needed a name that would house all my different creations, thus Fringes House was born.

embrace being on the fringes....
I am the type of person who is often on the fringes of the status quo. Being on the outside of normal is completely inspirational and reflected in my art. One of my favorite parts of being an artist is the fact that I can work authentically without ambiguity. Being on the fringes invokes my passion for individuality and creativity. I will continue to grow as an artist and am looking forward to the journey ahead.
